EDGE Sports Fitness offers Sports Performance Training from individuals to teams. Our staff members have all coached at the collegiate and/or pro level and have degrees in exercise science and/or kinesiology. We believe that if you can train like an athlete... you'll develop life enhancing skills that will improve performance, help prevent injuries and promote longevity.
