Program Highlights:
Powerlifting-Specific Strength & Resistance Training – Master squat, bench, and deadlift with proper technique. Prepare for power-lifting meets using Conjugate training programs (Velocity based and Compensatory acceleration training). Lifters coached by national and regional champions
Speed & Agility Drills – Enhance explosiveness and movement efficiency
Plyometric Power Development – Increase fast-twitch muscle activation for stronger lifts
Vertical Jump Training – Boost lower body power for improved performance
Conditioning – Build endurance to sustain peak performance

Ages 13+ | 6:00-7:30 PM | Mon - Thurs / 10:30 & 11:30 AM Sat
