Program Highlights:

🏋️ Powerlifting-Specific Strength & Resistance Training – Master squat, bench, and deadlift with proper technique.  Prepare for power-lifting meets using Conjugate training programs (Velocity based and Compensatory acceleration training).  Lifters coached by national and regional champions
🏋️ Speed & Agility Drills – Enhance explosiveness and movement efficiency
🏋️ Plyometric Power Development – Increase fast-twitch muscle activation for stronger lifts
🏋️ Vertical Jump Training – Boost lower body power for improved performance
