Our Sports Performance Group Classes are designed for athletes of all sports looking to improve speed, strength, agility, and overall performance. Led by our expert NCAA coaching staff, for IN-SEASON and OFF-SEASON, these sessions focus on explosive power, endurance, and injury prevention, helping athletes develop the skills needed to excel in competition.
Group Training Schedule (M-T-W-Th):
College Athletes (Advanced Training) | 6:00-7:30 PM |
High School Athletes (Ages 13 and up!) | 6:00-7:30 PM |
Youth Athletes (Ages 8-12) | 5:00-6:00 PM |
SPEED Saturdays (Ages 12 & Up) | 10:30-11:30 AM
