Our soccer-specific training program is designed to improve foot speed, reaction time, and overall athletic performance on the field. With a focus on speed, agility, power, and injury prevention, this program helps athletes develop the skills and endurance needed to compete at the highest level.
Program Highlights:
Soccer-Specific Speed & Agility Drills – Develop quick footwork and explosive movement
Plyometric Power Development – Improve acceleration and change of direction
Strength & Resistance Training – Build power for stronger tackles and shots
Vertical Jump Training – Enhance jumping ability for headers and defensive play

Group Training Schedule:
Ages 8-12 | 5-6 PM | Mon - Thurs / 10:30 AM Sat (12 yrs+)
Ages 13+ | 6:00-7:30 PM | Mon - Thurs / 10:30 AM Sat
