High Performance Training
Coached by NCAA Strength & Conditioning Staff
Open to ALL Men’s and Women’s Sports (9th-12th grade)


Designed SPEED drills to enhance 1st Step reaction and EXPLOSIVENESS!  Speed is measured daily with our state-of-art equipment in meters/second.  Athletes can see their results instantly and use it to aid their workout!  Great for COMBINE PREP, In-Season and Off-Season training and RECOVERY work (Deep tissue stretch)!

60+ min. sessions… Current times:
Mo-Tu & Th 6-7 PM
(Available times and frequencies can change due to specific sports
in-season and off-season training, practice and game times)
